Web design and software development company for Delhi NCR
Delhi NCR is three markets that behave differently: corporate Gurugram, technology and manufacturing Noida, and the older trading and industrial economy of Delhi itself. We work across all three.
The National Capital Region is the largest concentration of corporate headquarters, manufacturing and trading businesses in northern India, and it does not behave as a single market. Gurugram buys like a multinational, with procurement processes and vendor assessment. Noida is technology, media and light manufacturing with a more pragmatic buying style. Delhi proper holds the older trading and wholesale economy where relationships decide and the systems are usually twenty years behind the business.
We work across all three and the engagements look quite different. Corporate Gurugram wants documentation, security posture and a formal handover. A Chandni Chowk or Okhla trading business wants to know what it costs, what it does and whether it will actually work.
What unites them is that the valuable work is internal far more often than promotional. NCR has no shortage of agencies selling websites. It has a shortage of suppliers who will build the system that tells a distributor what its margin actually was.
Three markets in one region
Gurugram is corporate and multinational-adjacent. Formal procurement, security review, documented handover, and deal sizes that justify the process. The work is frequently internal portals, reporting and integration between systems bought separately by different departments.
Noida and Greater Noida hold technology services, media and a substantial light-manufacturing and electronics base. Buying is more pragmatic and the work divides between application development and shop-floor systems.
Delhi itself, particularly the wholesale and trading clusters around Chandni Chowk, Karol Bagh, Okhla and Naraina, is where the operational gap is widest. Substantial businesses with real complexity running on spreadsheets and one person who understands how it fits together.
Faridabad and Ghaziabad add an industrial belt whose problems match our eastern-India client base almost exactly: job costing, production tracking, material reconciliation.
Where we work here
How NCR engagements run
Same timezone, same working week, and a flight away when a project needs someone on site. For operational and discovery work we travel; for web and application builds remote delivery is entirely adequate and we will not bill you for travel that adds nothing.
For corporate Gurugram clients we go through formal vendor assessment as a matter of course and keep the documentation written rather than assembling it per request: data residency, named individual access with logging and revocation, change attribution, and handover plus deletion obligations in the contract.
For trading and industrial clients the process is lighter and the discipline is the same: one module at a time, run in parallel with the existing method for a full cycle before the old method stops.
The trading cluster problem
Delhi wholesale and trading clusters contain some of the most commercially sophisticated businesses in India running on some of the least adequate systems, and the gap is widening rather than closing.
The mechanics recur across Chandni Chowk, Karol Bagh, Okhla and Naraina. Stock across a shop, a godown and sometimes a second godown nobody has counted this quarter. Customer-specific pricing and credit terms that exist in one person memory. Purchasing in one currency and selling in another for import businesses. And a margin figure that is only accurate long after the decisions that depended on it were taken.
None of this is technically difficult. The difficulty is specification, because the rules that matter are the exceptions and they are undocumented: the customer who always returns part of the order, the supplier who substitutes, the consignment that always splits. We find those by watching the work rather than by running a requirements workshop, because nobody volunteers what they consider obvious.
In practice
Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a proposal template.

What corporate Gurugram procurement asks
Gurugram is the Indian city where we most often go through formal vendor assessment, and the questions are consistent enough that we keep the answers documented.
Where data resides, who specifically has access and whether it is logged, what happens on termination, and whether the code and documentation are handed over. Our defaults are production data staying in your cloud account under credentials you issue and revoke, named individuals rather than teams, and handover plus deletion obligations written into the contract rather than stated as policy.
For most builds the cleanest answer is that we do not need production personal data at all. Development against anonymised or synthetic datasets removes most of the exposure and is rarely harder to build against. We propose it by default rather than waiting to be asked.

What this costs
Indicative bands for original work across NCR. Gurugram agency rates run closer to Mumbai than to Delhi.
| Project | NCR agency | With us |
|---|---|---|
| Business site, 6-12 pages | ₹1,80,000 - ₹5,00,000 | ₹45,000 - ₹1,20,000 |
| Corporate site with CMS | ₹6,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 | ₹1,20,000 - ₹4,00,000 |
| Trading or distribution system | ₹8,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 | ₹1,50,000 - ₹8,00,000 |
| ERP or production system | ₹12,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 | ₹2,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 |
| Maintenance and support | ₹35,000 - ₹1,20,000/mo | ₹8,000 - ₹30,000/mo |
What being near you actually changes
Proximity is easy to claim and harder to demonstrate, so it is worth being specific about where it makes a measurable difference. It matters most in discovery. A specification written from a video call describes what people say they do; a day spent watching the work describes what they actually do, and those are rarely the same document. Almost every scope we have revised for the better was revised after someone stood beside the process.
It matters again at rollout. Adoption of a new system depends far more on being in the room during the first week than on the quality of the training material. When a supervisor finds a screen slower than the register it replaced, that needs to be seen, timed and fixed within a day — not raised as a ticket, triaged, and addressed a fortnight later by which point the register is back in use.
And it matters when something goes wrong. A managed client with a system we operate has an escalation path that reaches a named engineer, and for anything genuinely serious that engineer can be at your premises the same day rather than the same week. In twenty years we have needed that a handful of times, and on each of those occasions it was the difference between an incident and a crisis.
What does not require proximity is the build itself. Two-week slices with a demo every alternate Friday on a real staging URL, written notes after every review, and a named engineer reachable on WhatsApp work identically whether you are in Salt Lake or Singapore. We are deliberate about which phases need presence and which do not, and we budget travel into the proposal rather than treating it as an extra.
In person vs remote
- Discovery workshops and site studies — in person, always.
- Design reviews at each stage — in person where practical.
- Build and iteration — remote, with a fortnightly demo on a staging URL.
- Rollout and first-week support — in person, because adoption depends on it.
- Ongoing support and development — remote, with on-site for serious incidents.

Yes, and the engagements differ. Gurugram is corporate and multinational-adjacent with formal procurement and security review, which we go through as a matter of course with documentation kept written rather than assembled per request. Noida is more pragmatic, split between application work and light-manufacturing systems. We work across both plus Delhi and the Faridabad-Ghaziabad industrial belt.
A corporate site with a CMS typically runs ₹6,00,000 to ₹15,00,000 from an NCR agency and ₹1,20,000 to ₹4,00,000 with us. Gurugram rates sit closer to Mumbai than to Delhi. The largest variable in any quote is integration with systems you already run rather than page count.
It is one of our strongest fits. The problems are the ones we have solved repeatedly: multi-location stock that diverges from the system, customer pricing and credit terms held in one person memory, currency exposure on imports, and margin known only after settlement. The difficulty is specification rather than engineering, because the rules that matter are undocumented exceptions.
For operational and discovery work, yes, and we budget it into the first phase. Watching a full operating cycle produces a materially better specification than video calls do. For web and application builds, remote delivery is adequate and we will not bill you for travel that adds nothing to the outcome.
Routinely, particularly for Gurugram corporate clients. We keep the answers documented rather than assembling them per request: data residency, named individual access with logging and revocation, change attribution, and handover plus deletion obligations in the contract. For most builds we propose developing against anonymised or synthetic data so production personal information never leaves your environment.
