Web design and software development company for Hyderabad
Hyderabad runs on pharmaceuticals, life sciences and enterprise technology, and all three share a requirement that shapes every system we build here: the output has to survive an audit.
Hyderabad has a concentration of pharmaceutical and life sciences businesses unmatched anywhere in India, alongside a large enterprise technology sector and a growing base of manufacturing in the surrounding industrial belt.
What unites the pharma and life sciences work is that documentation is not an afterthought. A system that touches production, quality, batch records or distribution has to produce evidence that an inspector can follow, and that requirement shapes the data model from the first design decision rather than being added as reporting at the end.
We build to that standard because it is how we build for regulated clients everywhere, and because retrofitting auditability into a system that was not designed for it is expensive and usually incomplete.
What Hyderabad businesses ask us for
Pharmaceutical and life sciences work dominates, and the systems are operational rather than promotional: batch and lot traceability, quality documentation workflow, distribution and cold-chain visibility, and reporting that a regulator or an auditor can follow without a covering explanation.
Enterprise technology firms buy capacity and specialist disciplines, much as Bangalore does: front-end work, data engineering, and integration between systems that were bought separately.
The surrounding manufacturing belt has the familiar operational problems: retrospective job costing, production tracked on paper, material reconciled monthly by argument, and a management report assembled by hand.
Where we work here
How we work with Hyderabad clients
Same timezone, same working week, and a flight away when a project genuinely needs someone on site. For operational and discovery work we travel and budget it into the first phase; for web and application builds remote delivery is entirely adequate and we will not bill you for travel that adds nothing.
Review happens as working software in a browser rather than as status documents, because status reports are where struggling suppliers hide and a deployed environment you can open yourself is where they cannot.
You get a named engineer reachable directly during working hours with no account manager relaying messages, which is the main reason our revision rounds are short.
Building systems that survive inspection
For a regulated client the binding constraint is almost never transaction volume. It is evidence: being able to demonstrate who did what, when, and under what authority, to someone external who is specifically looking for gaps.
That changes the engineering. An audit trail becomes a first-class requirement that shapes the data model rather than a logging feature added later. Role-based access has to be enforced at the data layer rather than hidden in the interface. Approval chains need to record not only the decision but who was entitled to make it at that moment, which means permission history matters as much as current permission state. Records need to be immutable where the regulation requires it, with corrections as new entries rather than edits.
None of this is technically exotic and all of it is exacting. It is badly served by suppliers who treat compliance as documentation to produce at the end rather than as a constraint to design around.
We are not regulatory consultants and will not pretend to be. Your quality function should define what compliance means for your process; we build to that specification.
In practice
Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a proposal template.
Thirty minutes with a senior engineer. You leave with an architecture sketch and an honest cost range, whether or not you hire us.
What this costs
Indicative bands for original work. Validated-environment work carries additional documentation effort which we scope separately rather than absorbing.
| Project | Hyderabad supplier | With us |
|---|---|---|
| Corporate site with CMS | ₹4,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 | ₹1,20,000 - ₹3,50,000 |
| Quality or document workflow | ₹12,00,000 - ₹45,00,000 | ₹2,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 |
| Traceability system | ₹15,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 | ₹3,00,000 - ₹16,00,000 |
| Production and job costing | ₹10,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 | ₹2,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 |
| Maintenance and support | ₹35,000 - ₹1,20,000/mo | ₹8,000 - ₹30,000/mo |
What being near you actually changes
Proximity is easy to claim and harder to demonstrate, so it is worth being specific about where it makes a measurable difference. It matters most in discovery. A specification written from a video call describes what people say they do; a day spent watching the work describes what they actually do, and those are rarely the same document. Almost every scope we have revised for the better was revised after someone stood beside the process.
It matters again at rollout. Adoption of a new system depends far more on being in the room during the first week than on the quality of the training material. When a supervisor finds a screen slower than the register it replaced, that needs to be seen, timed and fixed within a day — not raised as a ticket, triaged, and addressed a fortnight later by which point the register is back in use.
And it matters when something goes wrong. A managed client with a system we operate has an escalation path that reaches a named engineer, and for anything genuinely serious that engineer can be at your premises the same day rather than the same week. In twenty years we have needed that a handful of times, and on each of those occasions it was the difference between an incident and a crisis.
What does not require proximity is the build itself. Two-week slices with a demo every alternate Friday on a real staging URL, written notes after every review, and a named engineer reachable on WhatsApp work identically whether you are in Salt Lake or Singapore. We are deliberate about which phases need presence and which do not, and we budget travel into the proposal rather than treating it as an extra.
In person vs remote
- Discovery workshops and site studies — in person, always.
- Design reviews at each stage — in person where practical.
- Build and iteration — remote, with a fortnightly demo on a staging URL.
- Rollout and first-week support — in person, because adoption depends on it.
- Ongoing support and development — remote, with on-site for serious incidents.

Yes, and it is our largest Hyderabad category. Batch and lot traceability, quality documentation workflow, distribution and cold-chain visibility, and reporting an inspector can follow. The binding constraint is evidence rather than volume, which shapes the data model from the first design decision rather than being added as reporting at the end.
We build to a validation specification; we do not write it. Your quality function should define what compliance means for your process, including which records must be immutable, what constitutes an approved change and what evidence an inspector expects. We then build and document to that. Suppliers who claim regulatory expertise on a first call are usually about to learn it on your project.
A quality or document workflow system typically runs ₹12,00,000 to ₹45,00,000 from a Hyderabad supplier and ₹2,50,000 to ₹12,00,000 with us. Validated-environment work carries additional documentation effort which we scope separately rather than absorbing and then explaining as an overrun.
Auditability is a design constraint rather than a feature. Trails live in the data model, records are immutable where the regulation requires with corrections as new entries, access is enforced at the data layer rather than in the interface, and approval chains record who was entitled to decide at that moment. Retrofitting any of this is expensive and usually incomplete.
Yes, and the problems are the familiar industrial ones: retrospective job costing, production tracked on paper, material reconciled monthly by argument, and a management report assembled by hand. We replace one process at a time, running each in parallel with the existing method for a full cycle before the old one stops.
